Hannelore's Bean Dip  


Mash or blend on chop briefly:

16 oz. can     black beans
2 large          cloves of garlic
2 Tbs.           chopped onions
2 Tbs.           fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbs.           fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp.         hot chili oil
1/2 tsp.         lime zest
1/4 tsp.         cumin
1/4 tsp          thyme
           salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with tortilla chips or just eat by
the spoonful!
