Buffalo Wings
Spice rub:
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 Tbs. ground cumin
- 2 Tbs. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbs while sugar
- 2 Tbs. black pepper
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper.
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cholula hot sauce
Cut wings into 2 pieces,
drumstick and wing/middle.
Marinate overnight.
Prepare wings
- remove from marinade
- allow to sit in refrigerator
overnight to dry a bit
- sprinkle with spices...you
won't need all of them so
save some for next time
- grease low cookie sheet
with sides
- heat broiler
- broil 12 minutes, turn,
broil another 12 minutes.
Sauce
I like these plain, but most
people like a sauce:
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs cholula
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
