Buffalo Wings
Spice rub:
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 Tbs. chili powder
  • 2 Tbs. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbs. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbs while sugar
  • 2 Tbs. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper.
Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cholula hot sauce
Cut wings into 2 pieces,
drumstick and wing/middle.
Marinate overnight.
Prepare wings
  • remove from marinade
  • allow to sit in refrigerator
    overnight to dry a bit
  • sprinkle with spices...you
    won't need all of them so
    save some for next time
  • grease low cookie sheet
    with sides
  • heat broiler
  • broil 12 minutes, turn,
    broil another 12 minutes.
Sauce
I like these plain, but most
people like a sauce:
  • 4 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs cholula
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
