Leek and Potato Soup Julia Child
1. Gather three beautiful leeks and three medium russet potatoes.
2. Clean and chop leek, then dice potatoes. I like the skins on for vitamins.
3. Simmer leeks and potatoes for 45 minutes in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup water.
4. Put mixture through grinder and enjoy a great, easy, delicious soup!
